Dr. Mark Blanchard is a primary care family physician who operates a dedicated Minor Procedure Clinic. He performs minor procedures for benign and concerning skin conditions, including moles, cysts, and skin lesions.

Important Booking & Referral Information:

• Referral Required: A formal referral from a physician or nurse practitioner is mandatory for all bookings. Self-referrals or direct bookings are not accepted.
• Current Wait Time: Approximately 5 to 6 months from the date the referral is received.

If you have a lesion or skin condition you would like evaluated, please consult your regular healthcare provider for an initial assessment and ask them to send a referral to Dr. Blanchard.

Pricing:

• $40 : Surgical Tray Fee 
• $80 + Tray Fee : Removal of Simple cyst/lipoma/mole (per lesion)
• $120 + Tray Fee : Removal of Complex cyst/lipoma, moles (per lesion)
• $40 Tray Fee : Infected Cyst - MSI will cover cost of cyst removal

A biopsy that is medically necessary will insist of a $40 Tray fee,  and MSI will cover the cost of the removal.

Cryotherapy

$20 : Simple lesion(s)

$60 : Complex lesion(s)
